Principal Consultant & Strategist

Meet Jen.

Jen brings expertise from piloting social-impact initiatives to deep experience in financial and operational excellence. She has held positions such as Director of Operations, CFO, Fractional COO, and Founder. She holds a Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship and Change from Pepperdine Graduate School and is deeply passionate about advancing women’s leadership, youth empowerment, and facilitating trauma-informed practices for changemakers.
