Meet Jen
Jen Hutchinson is the Principal and Chief Strategist at Transfoem Together Consulting. Jen brings 15 years of expertise in nonprofit and change management—from piloting social-impact initiatives to deep expertise in financial and operational excellence. She has held positions as the Director of Operations, Fractional COO, Founder, and CFO. She holds a Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship and Change from Pepperdine Graduate School. She is deeply passionate about advancing women’s leadership and empowerment, as well as trauma-informed leadership for changemakers and the communities they serve.
